Return Policy

Purchased items may be returned to store for exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase in store or 21 days for online purchases.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still on and on original condition, free from pet hair, stains and odors. Any items found not to adhere to the above criteria may not be eligible for exchange or store credit. 
Returns for the price of purchase may be issued if the item is defective or otherwise damaged upon the customer receiving the item. However, these returns must still be in original condition in order to receive a refund. 
Any item purchased from one of our Artisan Collective businesses are not available for any type of exchange, return or store credit. If an Artisan Collective product is defective upon purchase, it is up to the discretion of management whether to issue a return.
